Dr. Jason W. Dyson
Dentist in Cedar Park, TXParmer Oaks Dental Care
Dr. Dyson is from Inez, Texas and attended University of Texas. After graduating from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1994, he completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program with the Air Force in 1995 and remained in the Air Force for 5 years. Dr. Dyson and his wife were stationed at Spangdahlem air base in Germany and enjoyed every moment living in Europe.
Parmer Oaks Dental was opened in 2004 with one goal in mind, to provide quality preventive care in a high tech office for our community. Currently, Dr. Dyson is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Capital Area Dental Society. He continues to do extensive continuing education in dentistry and requires the same for his staff.
In his free time, Dr. Dyson enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, cooking barbeque and hanging out with friends and family. His favorite activity is anything with his two boys! Dr. Dyson and his wife feel blessed to be a part of this area and have so many wonderful patients who have become their friends as well.
I came on board with Parmer Oaks Dental Care in 2005 after becoming a patient. After moving with my family from Central California, we instantly became fans of the southern hospitality! My daughter, Katherine, lives close to me with her husband and son. Kevin, my son, has been serving his country in the Marine Corps for 9 years. With over 30 years of experience as a dental assistant and office manager, I understand most all aspects of the field and enjoy interacting with the patients daily. This practice is important to me because of the family atmosphere and friendly patients. It is truly a special place and I plan to be here many more years!
I am a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers and continue to receive education in order to bring the best knowledge I can to the practice.
In my downtime, I volunteer in area Veteran Service organizations, ride my Harley, garden, and love watching football with my two grandsons, Kaleb and Jaxon.
Development and Marketing
I am originally from Dallas, where I met my wonderful husband, Jay Dyson.
My background is actually ballet! I am a former professional ballet dancer and enjoyed dancing in many states and countries. After our boys were born, I began to teach ballet.
More recently, I joined the Parmer Oaks Dental Care Team to support our wonderful staff and help with marketing our practice. This team is unbelievable! When a team respects and cares for each other, it shows to their patients! Each staff member takes plenty of time with their patients and is very thorough when addressing any concerns. They have forged long-lasting bonds with patients and their families!
Outside of the office, I am very active in Literacy and Mentoring Partners through Hill Country Bible Church. For fun, I like to camp, clean (I know, that’s insane), and host parties for friends and family. Our boys keep us busy with their schedules, but we always find time for fun.
Registered Dental Hygienist
I am a native Texan and grew up in Taylor Texas.
I have been working for Dr. Dyson for almost nine years. During that time I have seen my patient’s kids grow up right before my eyes. This experience brings you closer to your patients and I consider them part of our family.
Our team is awesome and we work well together! This brings a positive and inviting atmosphere to our dental office. We want to make our patients feel at home while providing them with the highest quality of care.
I graduated in 1993 from UTHSCSA with a certificate in Dental Hygiene.
I've been married for 20 years to my husband Ben and we have a beautiful daughter and two playful boxers.
My hobbies include spending time with my family and friends, playing tennis and taking as many pictures as I can of my family and the great outdoors.
Registered Dental Hygienist
I am a native Texan, born and raised in Round Rock. I attended Austin Community College where I earned an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene.
After practicing for 6 years, I joined the Parmer Oaks Dental Team in 2014. I love having great patients and working with a supportive team in a patient-centered atmosphere. I really strive to make each patient feel valued as I provide gentle yet thorough care.
My husband, Troy, and I live in the area with our two small daughters. We enjoy traveling and trying new and favorite activities that Austin has to offer.
Registered Dental Assistant
I am the newest member of the Parmer Oaks Dental Care team! My husband, Omar, and I are from Venezuela, where we both had dental practices. We moved our two children and my mother in law to Austin two years ago. At that time, I became a registered dental assistant.
I really enjoy working with this practice because the staff is so friendly and helpful. It is a positive environment and the patients feel that as well.
When I am not working, our family bikes and has picnics at the beautiful parks. We love Austin and the surrounding community because the people are so nice.
I look forward to meeting new people every day and am thankful for all
